Booking Information

attendance policies:

To ensure that our day runs smoothly and appointments stay on time, we have implemented the following policies to prevent late arrivals, no-shows, and cancellation fees.

Appointment Confirmations and Reminders Made Easy

Did you forget the time of your appointment? Don't worry! Our intuitive booking system has got you covered. We will send you a confirmation request 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and a helpful reminder 24 hours prior. Pretty fancy, right?

Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.

Cancellation Notice:

  • 24-hour advance notice: A 50% charge of the booked service will apply.

  • 12-hour advance notice or less: A full charge of the booked service will apply.

Arriving a Little Earlier? Let Your Furbaby Enjoy the Outdoors

We kindly request that you arrive a bit earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This will allow your furbaby to take a moment to smell the grass and relieve themselves before coming inside.

Understanding Our Grace Period and Late Arrivals

Please note that we provide a 15-minute grace period to account for unexpected delays, as we understand that life happens. However, beyond this grace period, late arrivals may be turned away and considered as a late cancellation.

Extended Stay Add-On

Should you require an extended stay for your furbaby, we offer an add-on option. For only $10.00 per 30-minute increment, you can arrange for an early drop-off or delayed pickup to accommodate your schedule.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, as they allow us to serve you and all our clients in the best possible way. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your furbaby.

How often should you bring your pup to the salon?

The time between visits is typically averaged every 4-6 weeks and can start their Spaw journey as early as 3 months old (as long as they have their first set of shots).
